"EMU Diaries" - Day 7

Day 7– April 7, 2012

Well got up in not so good health today, didn’t want to turn up for tuition but forced myself to step out and feel some fresh air to freshen up my mood and senses… Nature indeed is the best healer always…

Reached station on time as always. Got seated in to second last bogie as usual opposite to bhajan camp, almost the passengers started to get familiar as everyone almost got into the same bogie…seemed like a little bit of caring and sharing goes miles… Diverted my mind from my ailing health by lip syncing with the bhajans. Since it was a weekend almost everyone was in a relaxed mood as it was the first fresh weekend approaching after the FY end… as they say during tiring times that this too shall pass…

A family got boarded into the train and also a woman with 2 children, my friend was quick to follow my steps and parted with his seat to the women…good deeds inspires everyone…everyone was watching the little girl who was continuously playing with her stole and was quite a pleasure to watch…children are indeed the synonyms of innocence…

Amidst all this my destination approached and I got off with a fresh mind and a recuperating health…and proceeded towards the class

Reached the station, noticed a woman in her thirties studying some mock exam question papers along with the help of her husband…Really Education is an ocean without boundaries…and to have a life partner encouraging and supporting a woman to pursue studies…simply heaven on earth… Had my lunch and also a cup of tea to freshen up my senses, meanwhile noticed that the snack counter guy had employed a mentally challenged guy who was in a cheerful mood all through out the day…really it is ability of some people to look beyond imperfections and live life without complaining…

Train arrived and got seated into the correct apartment (this time in a correct one), and noticed very few people. Everybody was taking a short nap to make the most of the time available. My co passenger was busy judging and conversing with his friend taking pot shots at his colleague… Money and Greed says it all… One of the passengers was anxiously waiting to reach his place as he was looking wear out after a possibly tiring journey…Looked as if he was trying to convey…Miles to go before I sleep…

Within a few minutes of my thought process going berserk , train arrived at my destination and I got off to realize that amidst all events I forgot my health which I think was only a thought of mind…Mind is in fact a bad master and a good slave…
