"EMU Diaries" - Day 15

Day 15– April 17, 2012

3.50 AM…its still 25 minutes for the alarm,
04.00 AM still its 15 minutes for the alarm,
04.10 AM…Is my alarm correct? Did I change the time? Did my phone get dropped somewhere? Why is it taking so much time to give an alarm? What an inquisitive morning I have had today… The human mind perceives negative things first before thinking of positive aspects… Is it the conservatism principle we study in Accounts, taking charge to make provisions for future losses but don’t take into account probable gains??? Anyways, got decked up for exercising my mind and left my home

Reached the station, as usual like the sun rises in the morning. Train was waiting for our insightful journey to be carried upon. There is goodness in very element of the universe…Got seated amongst old aged man and thought that today would be different day as blessing of the elderly is indeed an asset. Noticed a Sardarji beside us who was as active as a youth and was carrying their guru’s framed photograph… 3 things in life are indispensable: - Parents, Guru, God…

Bhajan camp started their chants:-

Mujhme tujhme bhed yahi…
Main nar hun tum Narayan ho…,

{Difference between you (Almighty) & me is that I am a Human being and you are the only one supreme}

Old aged men unlike other kept on conversing about stations, distance and timings. When frequency of people matches they instantly gel with the other person thus looking beyond the imperfections… Cool breeze in full swing along the chanting made the ambience a divine one…Pure devotion with feelings indeed brings in a positive aura… Morons were busy playing their card games and making a ruckus in the last seat. It’s only because of positive things in life people tend to let go negative ones…

Train arrived at my place and I got off with positive vibes assuring me that a positive attitude indeed shapes your future no matter whatever limitations exist…

Human mind does what it is instructed to refrain from doing… Before getting on to the platform noticed people crossing railway tracks, risking their lives. The warning sign stands there like a mute spectator, who everybody gives a blind eye.

When Mother Nature is sacrificed everywhere then why not cut the trees on the platform. It’s the same folks who doze off trees to make way for something commercial. Then why these folks need a tree to give them shadow in this scorching heat. Remember guys when the last tree is cut, Last River is polluted and last fish is caught, YOU CANNOT EAT MONEY… Save Mother Nature…

People tend to amass wealth for their future generations, but what about a greener tomorrow… Even money one day will need pulp from trees… Noticed lot of traders carrying loads of stock who were waiting for the train to arrive. Only to feed few inches of stomach, people go miles with their piles…Within few minutes train arrived and got seated into the less crowded bogie. Peace is nowadays what everybody seeks…

Middle aged men were busy updating their current affairs,
Ladies were busy discussing neighbor’s affairs,
Laborers were busy taking a nap,
A mother was busy playing with her child on her lap…

Within few minutes of extracting events for my post, train arrived at my place. Got down at the station pondering:-

Life is really busy, as people go here and there,
Just spare a thought for Mother Nature, she is always there to care…
